I purchased the Lifetime plan before the monthly subscription model was available, so my review specifically refers to this product. I’m still thrilled with how everything works and how it has simplified my workflow. I would definitely buy it again (though not on a monthly basis, but as a lifetime plan). You can get help with questions and issues through the support tickets, and the community . Overall, I’d say it’s a great product with a great community
